When you send an inquiry, the website collects your name, email address, selected inquiry type, and message. Phone number and organisation are optional. The page and action that led to the form may also be recorded so SHL can understand the context of your request.
This information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess a potential project or partnership, and maintain the security and reliability of the contact service.
Form submissions are validated and protected against automated abuse. A visitor’s IP address is used for rate limiting and retained in the website’s temporary rate-limit store for up to ten minutes. Valid inquiries are delivered to the SHL contact inbox through the website’s configured email service.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, use the contact form and clearly identify your request as a privacy request. SHL will publish a dedicated privacy contact when its privacy programme is finalised.
